COronavirus UPDATE MELBOURNE
Dear Junipalooza Melbourne ticket holders,
After the difficult but sensible decision of cancelling Junipalooza Sydney 2020, we have been closely monitoring the situation in Melbourne. As you know, there is currently a lockdown in Victoria with Melbourne being the most affected by this second wave. As a result, the viability of Junipalooza Melbourne at the end of October has been put in jeopardy. We have therefore been working with Timberyard to find alternative dates to host the show and can now inform you that we will be postponing the show.
We will therefore be hosting Junipalooza in Melbourne on the 12th, 13th and 14th of February 2021.
We appreciate the frustration and disappointment this may cause but we have to put the health and safety of our team, the exhibitors and you, our guests, at the top of our priority list. If the new dates in February work for you, then nothing is required and we will transfer your tickets over to the new dates and sessions.
If however the dates do not work for you, we can either postpone your tickets to the second edition of Junipalooza in Melbourne in October 2021 (yes there will be two Junipalooza Melbourne in 2021!) or refund on your tickets completely. We can action this provided you give us written confirmation of your decision.
To get a refund on your tickets, you can process this via Eventbrite by following the instructions found in the link below. Once refunds are processed, funds will take between 3-5 business days to hit your account.
